Welcome to October 1st! Welcome to National Physical Therapy Month! The New Year and your resolutions are only 3 months away…is that good news, an opportunity, a warning? Here is one perspective.
If you take and your physical activity into consideration when forming your resolutions, you have a unique opportunity at hand. Consider taking a “running start” or a trial run at your upcoming New Year’s resolutions to see how well you can implement a life change, and rather than expereincing a failure by January 21st, perhaps make some adjustments to improve adoption before you get to 2022.
